ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL

Personal Details		Dr. S. C. Pilli has taken over as a Principal of the institution on 26^th May 2005. An accomplished engineer, a voracious reader, he has always been an inspiration to his students and colleagues. Graduated from Karnataka University, Dharwad in Mechanical Engineering, won a gold medal for his Masters Degree in Machine Design at University of Rookee, Roorkee. He earned his Doctorate at the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, for work on whole arm manipulators.

Invited Lectures	He is known to be a dynamic, dedicated and hardworking person and has vast experience on his side. Qualities of discipline, sincerity, strength and determination are interwoven in his nature. He has varied accomplishment to his credit including seminars in countries across the world, guest lectures, international publications, professional memberships. He has been selected as visiting professor at I.S.T.E for year 2005.
