- Hendrik Simon Cornelis Metsellar, University of Malaya, Malaysia, Dr. Parag Bhargava, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and Dr. V N Mani, Scientist F,C-MAT, Hyderabad, were the Guests of Honors.
- Shri S.C. Metgud, Chairman, Governing Body, KLE Dr. MSS CET, Belagavi presided over the Inaugural Function.
