KLE MBA students had an incredible opportunity to step into the heart of industrial operations during their visit to Ashok Iron Works Pvt Ltd, Navage Plant. It was an immersive experience where they got to witness the inner workings of the company and interacted with key professionals.

The day was filled with insightful conversations and learning as our students engaged with the HR manager, Production managers, and shop floor employees. They gained a profound understanding of the intricacies of HR, Operations, and Production in a real-world setting.

It was a valuable chance for our students to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios and see how concepts are implemented on the ground. They left with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge that will undoubtedly shape their future endeavors.
