On the occasion of World Food Day a session on FOOD, HEALTH and FITNESS were organized on 16/10/2019. Chief Guest for the function Dr. Prashant Dhongadi, Ex. Major, the Indian Army discussed the dietary routine that one needs to follow to be fit and Healthy. He elaborated on the need for micronutrients and Vitamins that one needs to consume to be healthy.
